We offer express air delivery options via Canada Post, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS 3 Day Select and DHL Express Worldwide. All shipping options along with shipping quotes will be displayed on the checkout page once the delivery address has been fully submitted.

In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, étant is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
For purchases outside of Canada, étant is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of products.
At étant what's most important is that you love the pieces you've selected and that they are worn with love and ease for years to come. If you are not satisfied with your ensemble, we offer a 7 day store credit window from the day you received your package. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request for return during that time. Clothes and totes must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition. Once we've received and processed your return, please allow 72 hours to receive your e-gift card.
If your order appears to be damaged or wrong, please contact us as soon as possible and within the 7 day window upon receiving your items for us to make it right.
